New Years Resolution...

Use it up, wear it out or go with out...
That's right... purchase nothing new for the year of 2011...
There is a large group of ladies attempting this years resolution, which will make things much easier, as we can borrow from one another and seek support for those times we are weak and want to go shopping!!
As for me, I am narrowed my resolution down to clothing... so local thrift shops and consignment shops are rejoicing!! I have 5 bags of old clothing set to be traded and/or sold. Let me know if you are interested in joining in and you will be a welcome addition to our little club!!

Hawaii Here I come!!

That's right I am headed on a very impromptu trip to Hawaii this weekend!!! Booked the tickets yesterday and headed to Kauai tomorrow!
This is the perfect time of year to go with the whales in the area, weather at an average of 93 degrees and no homework this weekend... why not!
Leaving tomorrow morning at 6:05 am and returning Tuesday at 6:25 pm..

Spring Break 2010... Reno and Tahoe!
Spring Break was amazing we had such a great time! Ten days to ski, hike and just hang!
Dave did have school during the week but it gave me the get all opportunity to get all his laundry done... 12 loads... and get his house clean and organized!
We got a few photos on the wall the place is really starting to come together and before you know it he will be heading back to home to central Oregon and we will have to pack it all up!
We did some VERY exciting news during spring break, Dave's older brother Dan got engaged to his long time girlfriend Tracy Wilson! We are both very excited for them and looking forward to the October wedding in Santa Barbara!
